Jens Dalgaard, managing director, TACK Denmark
Jens joined TACK Denmark in 1997 - in 2001 he became managing director and in 2002 owner. Putting theory into practice has been the essence of Jens’ career and today it is an important part of his success at TACK. Jens’ background is from Copenhagen Business School and throughout his career he has worked in sales and management. His areas of training expertise are in sales training and coaching, retail sales, and general management.  Jens delivers a variety of training for our local and international clients. 

  
Audrey Bodman, senior training consultant, TACK UK
Audrey is a specialist trainer in telephone techniques and customer service.  With over 20 years’ experience in training, she has extensive experience in a variety of sectors and she started out in media.  During this time Audrey has worked closely with blue chip companies and SMEs.  She has recently developed a passion for designing and delivering online learning modules as a way of appealing to different learning styles and preferences.   
 
 

Simon Broom, senior training consultant, TACK UK
Winner of the coveted “TACK consultant of the year” in 2010, Simon’s training expertise is in all aspects of sales, management and personal development.  He has served at board level in an executive and non-executive capacity for a technology company and has a background in the creative and media industries.  Simon has designed and delivered training for a variety of clients, across a variety of sectors and countries.
