  • Have a diagnostic tool to understand managerial capabilities and be able to evaluate how they measure up.

  • Understand the four main styles of management. Customise a leadership needs tool to make it more relevant to workplace.
  • Role-play as consultants to a group of de-motivated people and provide recommendations that would improve the chances of satisfying their needs. Transfer the learning to a concrete plan of how to improve motivation in own area.
