  • Describe the roles and responsibilities of a Manager and how this differs from their role as a Supervisor.
  • Have a diagnostic tool to understand managerial capabilities and be able to evaluate how they measure up.
  • Have a chance to measure how they are performing in each area and take any learning and development needs and put them onto their action plans.
  • Understand the four main styles of management. Customise a leadership needs tool to make it more relevant to workplace.
  • Role-play as consultants to a group of de-motivated people and provide recommendations that would improve the chances of satisfying their needs. Transfer the learning to a concrete plan of how to improve motivation in own area.
  • Learn questioning techniques and role-play to observe and provide feedback.
  • Learn different influencing styles to influence multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
