BSI ISO 9001 TACK

As the first international training organisation to achieve ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Accreditation you can be assured that we take standards seriously so you receive consistently high quality.  We have operated with full quality management processes, issued by the British Standards Institute (BSI), continuously since 1992.  The system covers all aspects of our business; we are audited twice yearly and employ a specialist Quality Manager. 

Investors in people

As the first international training organisation ever to achieve the Investors in People award for our own HR and training and development you can be assured that we practice what we teach.  This was in 1991 and has been maintained since.  Accreditation is from the UK Government via its awarding body Investors in People Ltd.

ISMM TACK The content of our sales programmes is endorsed by the Institute of Sales and Marketing  Management (ISMM) and we are also an accredited centre for their sales qualifications.
 
 

The content of our management programmes is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). We also support clients seeking professional certification of their development programmes.
