Simon Broom

Simon specialises in the full range of interpersonal and business skills required for selling and managing sales operations. He has served at board level in an executive and non executive capacity for a technology company and has a background in the creative and media industries.

Audrey Bodman

Audrey is a specialist trainer in telephone techniques and customer service.  With over 20 years experience in training, she has extensive experience in a variety of sectors and she started out in media.  During this time Audrey has worked closely with blue chip companies and SMEs and throughout she has focused on educating students on the importance of professional training and the positive impact it can have on their future career.

Hugh Alford

Hugh specialises in training field selling, desk based account development by telephone, and selling through channel partners. He has designed and implemented over 400 in-company courses in industrial, service and business to business sectors. He authored TACK's Buyer’s Views of salespeople research in 1997, 2002, 2005, 2008 and 2010. He is also responsible for compiling our Sales Leadership survey of 2011; providing an insight into the world of Sales Management.

Lindsey Byrne

Lindsey Specialises in financial justification (ROI on Training), development and delivery of blended learning initiatives designed to address key business issues and corporate strategy, showing measurable bottom line results. Her training specialities include finance, negotiation, strategy, change management and management & leadership. She is a chartered management accountant, and has extensive commercial and strategic experience.
